How It Works

Three phases.
Waste out, value in.

From intake to implementation, we run a structured process that maps every waste stream, builds a monetization roadmap, and supports you through execution.

The Process

What happens after you request an audit

01

Intake & Scoping Call

We review your submitted form and schedule a 30-minute call within 48 hours. We'll confirm waste stream volumes, discuss your current disposal setup, and define the audit scope.

30-minute call Within 48 hours No commitment required
02

Technical Audit

Our team maps every waste stream at your facility — volumes, composition, current disposal costs, and conversion potential. For basic audits, this is done remotely using your existing data. For detailed and implementation tiers, we conduct an on-site visit.

03

Waste-to-Value Report

A detailed report listing every conversion pathway available to your plant — pyrolysis options for plastics, biochar from agro-waste, metal slag sales, solvent recovery. Each pathway includes estimated ROI, capital requirements, and regulatory steps.

04

Implementation Support

For clients who choose full implementation support, we stay engaged through the entire execution: vendor selection, equipment commissioning, buyer network introductions, and performance validation until your waste stream generates measurable revenue.

Common Questions

What to expect

How long does the audit take?
Basic audits are typically completed within 2 weeks of payment. Detailed plans and full implementation packages take 3–4 weeks for the initial deliverable, given the on-site visit.
What industries do you serve?
We work with any plant generating industrial waste — auto manufacturing, agro-processing, textiles, chemical plants, pharma, food & beverage, paper & pulp, electronics, and more. If you generate waste at scale, there's almost always a conversion pathway.
Do we need to share sensitive information?
We need waste stream data — volumes, composition, and disposal costs. This is standard operational information. We operate under an NDA from the start of the scoping call.
What if no conversion pathway exists for our waste?
It's rare, but possible. If our analysis shows no viable pathway, we'll refund 50% of the audit fee. We've found conversion potential in over 90% of facilities we've audited.
Is payment required to submit the intake form?
No. The intake form is free. We review every submission and reach out within 48 hours. Payment happens after the scoping call, once you've decided which tier fits your needs.
